Fujifilm x Samu Studio: Capturing Here Comes The Sun
Here Comes The Sun wasn’t just an exhibition—it was an immersive space where art, design, and community came together. To create a sense of home, I knew photography had to be part of the story. Photos bring warmth and familiarity, turning spaces into places of memory and meaning. Fujifilm, a brand I’ve trusted for over four years, was the perfect partner to help bring this vision to life.
Their cameras have been a key part of my creative practice, helping me capture the shapes, colors, and textures that inspire my work. For this show, Fujifilm cameras weren’t just tools for documentation—they enhanced the experience. Instax cameras were set up for guests to take portraits in the space, often posing with the sculptures or relaxing on the Ligne Roset Togo sofa. These instant photos became mementos for visitors and part of the installation itself, displayed on a vintage perspex-topped table that evolved into a spontaneous photo gallery.
Thank you, Fujifilm, for being a part of Here Comes The Sun and helping us tell a story that was as much about people as it was about art.
